It depends on how Noble's managerial career goes. As sometime in the next 5-7 years. Noble will be in charge at some point with Jack Collinson as Assistant

I also think it may be reserved for Noble after he retires. He may not be a stand out player but in the modern era it's unusual to see a British player be at a club and be a regular for so long under so many different managers.
Undoubtedly a great servant and although a different Captain to Bonzo, he does try to keep a team spirit through all the egos and ensure everyone knows what being a West Ham player is about.
